Cancellation policy

I strive to provide the best service, knowledge, rehab and care to all my clients.
I need to make the appointment cancellation policy clear to protect my schedule and livelihood as it can be upsetting and frustrating when people miss or change appointments without enough notice.

Cancellation policy:
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment/session with me.
You will not be charged for a session that you reschedule with more than 24 hours notice.

The full session fee will be charged to those who cancel or re-schedule a session with less than 24 hours notice, or who fail to show up for their appointment.

Should an emergency or unforeseen circumstance affect your ability to attend the scheduled appointment, I hope you can accept and understand the policy.
If you need to make any changes to a scheduled session, then please contact me directly by calling my mobile, leaving a voice message, email or text message.

If you have a block booking in place and you fail to attend without giving 24 hours cancellation, you will be deducted one session from your block. I am a dad too, please be mindful that for appointments outside of school hours and term time I will also have had to arrange and pay for childcare and I ask you to respect and adhere to the 24 hour cancellation policy.
